Off Line Ordering
Telephone Orders You may place an order by credit card by phoning 1-760-632-8350 between the hours of 9am to 5pm (PST) Monday through Friday.
Fax Orders You may place an off-line order by faxing your order to 1-760-632-8037. Please include the following information; your name, billing address, phone and fax number, credit card type, credit card number, expiration date, shipping address, item number, description, color, size, quantity, and price. And don’t forget to give us your email address so we can update you with the status of your order.

Where is my stuff? . All of our products have estimated lead times on our site. We ship from manufactures all over the world. We try our best to send you the order tracking information as soon as they become available to us. Again, your email address is very important so we can keep you informed of your order status.

Privacy Policy
The Ergonomic Store will not sell, loan, rent, lease, barter or publish your personal information to a third party. All data that we keep on you is kept strictly for our business use to assist you in your current or future purchases or in analyzing sales trends. This site is hosted by Yahoo. Please see the Yahoo! Privacy Policy for more information.

Security Policy All purchases made through The Ergonomic Store online store are processed through Yahoo! Stores and are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. For added security, Yahoo also encrypts the credit card number when it is stored on disk, and when they forward it to us. If you are not the kind of person who worries about being hit by lightning as you're crossing the street, you probably don't have to worry that your credit card number will be intercepted on the way to a secure Web site.

Special Orders — Colors, Fabrics and Finishes Most of The Ergonomic Store chairs and workstations can be special ordered in a variety of colors, fabrics and finishes. Please contact us by email or telephone with any special request. Special orders are not refundable. Once delivered, special order items may only be returned if defective and will be replaced. Special order items are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) order cancellation penalty.

Credit Card Charges Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Prices All of The Ergonomic Stores prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice or obligation. If there is an error or change in the price of an item you will be notified via email prior to being charged.

Sales Taxes California state sales tax will be added to orders placed by California residents and businesses.

Payment Methods The Ergonomic Store accepts Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard. Sorry, no COD shipments. There is no surcharge for credit card purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number as they appear on your statements. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Order Processing Orders placed between Monday and Friday will be processed within one business day of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, or the next non-holiday business day. Orders are acknowledged by e-mail. If an item is out of stock or backordered, you will be notified by email.

Shipping You get to determine how you want your items shipped ground, air, or overnight. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping. Orders requiring special handling will be notified by email.

Inspection of Item(s) Upon Delivery It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items at the time of delivery. In the event that the item packaging is obviously damaged it is recommended that the customer refuse the delivery. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Innovative Ergonomic Solutions immediately. IES will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

Return Policy We are happy to work with you to find the right product for your needs. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can warrant a return. The Ergonomic Store is an authorized dealer for all products we sell! Full manufacturer's warranties apply.

Terms and Conditions
• Address Changes -- There is a $10 charge for all address changes once the package is shipped.
• Damage in Disassembly -- Some products require disassembly before return. Customer assumes liability.
• Damaged Merchandise -- Notify us about damaged merchandise within 24 hours of receipt (phone or fax). Keep all boxes. You may be required to contact the shipping/delivery company.
• Non-Returnable Products – Discontinued merchandise and special promotional items, Special Order Items—Desks/Workstations -- Open, non-defective soft goods -- Office Chairs.
• Refunds -- Refunds are issued for the purchase price less original shipping costs on approved products in new condition with all original packing materials. Refunds/credits are issued within 14 days of product receipt by The Ergonomic Store. All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please send your request for an RA# to customerservice@theergonomicstore.com.

• Damaged Merchandise: It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery. Please refuse the shipment if there is major damage. If minor damage is found, please contact us immediately.

• Returns -- Most products may be returned within 30 days. You are responsible for securely shipping the product in its original packaging in new, resalable condition. We recommend that you insure the product for your protection. Items that are damaged by the consumer or show signs of obvious use (lint, hair, etc.) are non-refundable or may be subject to a 25% restocking fee depending on the circumstances and at the seller’s discretion.

• Returns without Original Packaging may not re-saleable as new and therefore may be returned to the buyer at the seller’s discretion with no refund consideration.
• Unauthorized Returns -- A 25% restocking fee is assessed.
• Undeliverable Packages Due to Customer Error -- Customer will be credited minus all shipping costs.

Manufacturer's Warranty Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Most (but not all) products come with at least a one-year warranty for manufacturer defects and workmanship.

Service and Support All requests for technical service and support must be made directly to the manufacturer or publisher in accordance with their terms and conditions. The ergonomic Store is not equipped to provide technical service or support.

Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, The ergonomic Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The ergonomic Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or Customer's credit card has been charged. If Customer's credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, Innovative Ergonomic Solutions shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card account in the appropriate amount.

Medical Disclaimer The Ergonomic Store makes no claims regarding the therapeutic or medical benefits of any product offered on this website. Any individual experiencing pain or discomfort while using any of the products offered on this website should discontinue use and/or consult a physician or qualified health care professional.
